Two Wyoming Transmission Projects Targeted for Advancement by Federal "Rapid Response Team for Transmission"

California Shock Trauma Air Rescue (CALSTAR) has announced the appointment of Louie R. Bell, current Director of Flight Operations, to a new post as Director of Risk and Safety Management. Bell assumes his new duties July 1, 2010.

Change of leadership at California Shock Trauma Air Rescue (CALSTAR), a nonprofit air ambulance service provider, is planned for April 1, 2010. CEO Joseph F. Cook, a 22-year veteran of the organization, will retire. His role will be assumed by Lynn Malmstrom, current CALSTAR CFO.
